Nanjiang Grand Canyon

The Nanjiang Grand Canyon is located in Kaiyang County, northeast of Guiyang. The canyon features typical karst landscapes, with towering cliffs framing a crystal-clear river and numerous waterfalls cascading down the rock faces, creating breathtaking scenery. Visitors can stroll along the cliffside boardwalks to admire the canyon views or experience the thrilling rafting adventure for an extra dose of excitement. The rafting starting point is conveniently located next to the parking lot at the main entrance. Those who prefer walking can take a free electric shuttle from the entrance into the attraction. The shuttle route runs alongside the river where rafting takes place, but there aren’t many scenic spots to see along this section for walking visitors.
