Tongjing Scenic Area

Tongjing Scenic Area is located on the bank of Yulin River in the eastern part of Chongqing Yubei District. It is known as the “Nature Museum”. Tongjing Gorge is composed of Wentang Gorge, Bucking Gorge and Laoying Gorge, and is known as the “Little Three Gorges”. The cliffs are tall and green, and there are many bamboos on both sides and the scenery is charming. Wild colobus monkeys flock in groups, or hang treetops or climb the cliffs, and visitors can get in touch with the apes. The hot springs in the scenic spot are famous, and some people give the name of “Tianjing Hot Springs”.
