Chuanhegai Meadow

Chuanhegai Scenic Attraction is located in Yongdong Township, Xiushan County, Chongqing, about 40 kilometers away from the county seat, covering an area of ​​28 square kilometers. The average altitude of the Attraction is 950 meters, the average temperature throughout the year is 12.1 degrees Celsius, and the forest coverage rate is 43%. “In spring, you can see the rhododendrons everywhere, in summer, you can enjoy the coolness and escape the heat, in autumn, you can see the autumn snow, and in winter, you can enjoy the northern customs.” Chuanhegai is mainly characterized by rhododendrons, strange peaks and rocks, and alpine grasslands. The geology of the growing cover is peculiar, the resources are rich, and the underground river runs through the entire cover area. The Jagged Rock, Golden Toad Seeking Phoenix, General Rock, Comb Mountain, Zhu’s Martyrdom and other attractions are breathtaking. It has the reputation of “China’s Table Mountain”.Special features of the Attraction: Cloud Ladder Cableway – with a total length of 1,533.23 meters and a vertical height difference of 557.45 meters, riding the cableway is like being in a cable car passing through clouds and mist, as if wandering in a fairyland on earth, with a panoramic view of the wonderful scenery.On May 20, 2017, Xiushan County Chuanhegai Scenic Area was officially approved by the National Tourism Administration as a national AAAA (4A) level scenic spot.
