Gujianshan Scenic Area

Gujian Mountain is located in Qijiang District, Chongqing, and is a famous Buddhist place in southwest China. During the Yongzheng period, it has become a famous Buddhist mountain revered by Buddhists and lay people. The Jingyin Temple on the top of the mountain is full of incense, and there is an endless stream of good men and women. Gujianshan Scenic Area covers an area of about 100 square kilometers, and Jigongzui is 1300 meters above sea level. It is a national geological heritage park. There are rare Danxia landforms, high mountains and valleys in the scenic spot; a variety of national protected animals and primitive ancient trees; the millennium ancient temple Jingyin Temple, Painter Village, Leigu Stone and many other natural and cultural landscapes.
