Xi’an Tang Hanguang Gate Museum

The Xi’an Tang Hanguang Gate Museum is located at the Hanguang Gate section of the City Wall of Nanjing, and houses the relic site of the Chang’an City walls from the Tang Dynasty. Honglu Temple, where foreign guests were received during the Tang Dynasty, is also located at Hanguang Gate. The museum is divided into three parts: the East Hall, Central Hall and West Hall. The site of the Tang Dynasty Hanguang Gate in the East Hall draws imaginings of the grandeur and majesty of time past.
