Unlike many passes of famous mountains and rivers, which are generally steep and ups and downs, and the walls stand thousands of miles, the Anjiula Pass is surprisingly gentle. It is this inconspicuous Anjula Mountain Pass belonging to the Boshu Laling Mountains, which is the watershed between the Nujiang River and the Brahmaputra. After crossing the pass, it also entered the Yarlung Zangbo River basin where legends and myths grew from the Nujiang River Basin.
