Eighteen Moon Lake Scenic Area
The Eighteen Moon Lake Attraction is located in the southwest of Micangshan National Forest Park, 53 kilometers from Nanjiang County via Yangba Town, and 54 kilometers from Taoyuan via Jiujiao Mountain. The Attraction covers an area of 9,950 hectares, of which 5,150 hectares are scenic viewing areas. The Eighteen Moon Lake is located in the Pearl Valley, about 3 kilometers northeast of the Dajiangkou Forest Farm. In the Pearl Valley, which is about 3.5 kilometers long, there are 18 fairy pools. Going up the Pearl Valley, the 18 waterfall pools are Mengyuetan, Wangyuetan, Runyuetan, Xiuyuetan, Cuiyuetan, Juyuetan, Zhaoyuetan, Fengyuetan, Laoyuetan, Zuiyuetan, Zhenyuetan, Xinyuetan, Naoyuetan, Jingyuetan, Yinyuetan, Suiyuetan, and Siyuetan, just like an eighteen-year-old girl, lying shyly in the beautiful mountains, green forests and deep streams.Eighteen Moon Lake Waterfall Group Eighteen Moon Lake is famous for its clear water, unique rocks and beautiful scenery.
