Collaborating with seasoned designers from 12 countries across disciplines, it deeply integrates diverse Eastern and Western artistic aesthetics with cutting-edge design thinking, breaking geographical aesthetic boundaries and redefining new paradigms for artistic spaces. The design team prioritizes humanistic values, meticulously crafting every detail to create an immersive artistic space that combines high-end sophistication with warm, lived-in charm. Materials are selected under strict century-lasting standards, with rare, top-grade natural marble meticulously installed through multiple refined processes. Leveraging the unique textures, unparalleled quality, and enduring durability of natural materials, the space achieves timeless elegance that grows more precious with age, allowing the passage of time to imbue the architecture with deeper artistic value and urban heritage.From December 31, 2025, this timeless art palace will officially open to the world, steadily advancing toward the grand vision of becoming a world cultural heritage site. Currently, HGY Art Palace has established a “five refined” business ecosystem encompassing premium coffee, craft beer, fine dining, exquisite cultural creations, and refined accommodations. Centered around the four experiential elements of “sightseeing, dining, entertainment, and shopping,” it creates an immersive, high-quality, and all-encompassing cultural tourism consumption space.

Gaodang Millennium Buyi Ancient Village Cultural Tourism Attraction is an authentic Buyi village, a national “AAAA” level tourist Attraction, located 5.5 kilometers southwest of Zhenning County, 1,186.20 meters above sea level, with a cool climate and distinct four seasons. Because the village is located in the mountains, it is like a pot on the peaks, which is called “Wengzuo” in Buyi language; the village is surrounded by mountains on all sides, with two water ponds facing the mountains to the north. The mountains are high and the water is high, so it is called “Gaodang”, and the village is named after this.Most of the ancient houses in the ancient village were built in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, ranging from 200 to 600 years ago. They are all stone and wood structure stilt houses, with a total of 151 buildings and 423 rooms, covering an area of ​​more than 22,000 square meters, and are almost undamaged. Gaodang Ancient Village is also one of the best preserved Buyi villages. The ancient village is now mainly engaged in planting. From ancient times to the present, all residents are Buyi people, and there are only two surnames in the village, Wu and Yang.

The Water Curtain Cave is located at a height of 40 to 47 meters above the Huangguoshu Waterfall, with a total length of 134 meters. The Water Curtain Cave consists of six cave windows, five cave halls, three cave springs and six passages. The main attractions include: upside-down cacti, ancient banyan roots, rattan curtains, pocket gardens, blast holes, crystal palaces, waterfall-touching platforms, etc. When you pass through the Water Curtain Cave, you will also see a wonderful spectacle: you can see the rainbow over the Rhinoceros Pond from each cave window. The rainbow here is not only a colorful double channel, but also dynamic. As long as the weather is clear, you can see it from 9 am to 5 pm, and it changes and moves as you walk. The predecessors said: “The rainbow in the sky is set off by the blue sky, and the rainbow in the Rhinoceros Pond is set off by the snow-white waterfall”, so the title is “Snow Reflects the River Clouds”. The “Huaguo Mountain” and “Water Curtain Cave” in the TV series “Journey to the West” have left a beautiful and deep impression on Chinese and foreign audiences. It also makes the Huangguoshu Waterfall, the location of the “Water Curtain Cave” filming, more famous and attracts countless tourists to come and see it.

Lasha Miao Village is located on the slope of the Duliu River side of Cuijiang County, Guizhou Province. Due to its remote location, it still retains its ancient and primitive lifestyle. The sand Miao village is built on the mountain, layered on top of each other, and it is often difficult to distinguish the direction. The houses are all ancient hanging houses, and the roof is covered with cedar bark, which maintains the original taste of the ancient Miao Village.

Tongren Ancient City is located in the heart of Tongren, surrounded by water on the east, south, and west sides, with only the north side backed by mountains. Its strategic terrain makes it easy to defend but difficult to attack. Covering a total area of 37,000 square meters, the ancient residential buildings span 26,000 square meters, representing Tongren’s original historical district that reflects the ancient city’s charm and its unique ethnic cultural resource. As a well-preserved ancient city, Tongren Ancient City not only showcases rich historical relics and traditional architecture but also offers visitors an ideal place to explore local culture and enjoy leisure time. According to historical records, Tongren Ancient City was born from the convergence of two rivers. During the Yuan Dynasty, fishermen discovered three bronze statues representing Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism at the confluence of the rivers outside the city, which gave Tongren its name. Recent archaeological findings reveal that as early as 3,000 years ago, the banks of the Jinjiang River in Tongren were already densely populated and culturally vibrant. By the Ming and Qing dynasties, the city had become a bustling hub of commerce, with boats shuttling back and forth and merchant guilds flourishing, earning it the title “Eastern Guizhou’s Commercial Hub.” Construction of the earthen city walls began in 1451 during the Ming Dynasty, following the river’s course. Over time, successive administrations reinforced the walls with stone, forming a layout of nine gates, three main streets, and six alleys. Remarkably well-preserved, Tongren Ancient City was designated a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit in 2006. The city retains its ancient streets, alleys, walls, water docks, wells, trees, and traditional courtyard houses, with rows of blue-brick buildings and black-tiled roofs standing as rare physical archives of urban development. Watchtowers, ancestral halls, residences, shops, lanes, city walls, and docks gradually unfold in sequence, boasting a large quantity and complete variety of structures. According to surveys, most buildings in Tongren Ancient City are 200–300 years old, where ethnic residential architecture, religious buildings, and commercial structures harmoniously blend.
