The barnacle growth area is deliberately reserved at the bottom of the building, attracting red-billed gulls to roost every year. The overall structure has 7 staggered levels, forming a multi-dimensional space. The rooms all face Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, and are also equipped with Bai-style fireplaces. The century-old banyan tree in the atrium runs through the interior, and the building blends with nature.
