Liushi Manor Exhibition Hall
Liu’s Manor is a “Tunbao”-style building complex of landlords and warlords. It consists of 13 courtyard houses, 360 meters long from north to south, 130 meters wide from east to west, and covers an area of 70 acres. Ayunduo Warehouse is located at No. 6 Changling North Road, Shubo Avenue, Guanshanhu District, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, in the Datang Dongyuan Fortune Plaza. Its name originates from the Yi language of Guizhou, meaning “our ideal place.” This area, once considered an “urban depression” due to its limited business mix and idle space, has undergone urban renewal since 2022 and has now been transformed into a cultural tourism and commercial community that blends local culture with a youthful lifestyle.Ayunduo Warehouse’s design draws inspiration from Guizhou’s cave villages and karst landforms, creating a unique “cave village” style space. Landmark buildings include the Ginkgo Hall, inspired by the ancient ginkgo village of Tuole; the Dali Opera Stage, inspired by the Dong villages of Rongjiang; and the Xima Academy, among others. The staggered sloping roofs and cave-like arched shapes recreate the characteristics of Guizhou’s mountainous terrain. The community features four themed areas: a village market, a long table food market, Yuqing Granary, and a cross street.
